Yes. Best results with access to dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and other general fitness equipment. I can adjust to what you have available.

How much time does training take per week?
Most clients thrive on 3–4 sessions of ~45 minutes. Busy week? We scale volume—not results—down.
Are nutrition plans restrictive?
